| - The use of Supresivit, in co-application with the mineral fertilizers, caused increase of grain yield of the winter wheat by 5.4 - 5.9 % compared to non-treated controls and also depending on both soil tillage technologies, as well as the effect of the seed-treatment by the biopreparation (yield increase by about 5%). After seed treatment with Supresivit, increase of yield of spring barley was found as well by 5.2 - 6.4 %. From the year 2007 the biopreparation Trianum P was used. It caused yield increase effect by 7.8% for winter wheat and about 8.4% for spring barley.The number of soil semi-pathogenic micromycetes (such as the genus Fusarium), assessed by the method of soil extraction and cultivation, was found to be significantly lower in comparison with the non-treated variants.
