Description
  • The aim of our work was focused on evaluation of the effect of variety, selected external parameters including year, locality, weather factors and level of agronomical treatment on starch content of winter wheat with different baking quality. In 2005 and 2006 a set of 22 winter wheat varieties (E, A, B and C technological quality) registered in the Czech Republic was cultivated in 12 localities characterized by four different level of Lang’s Rain Factor (LRF) and in two levels of agronomical treatment.The results confirmed the high effect of genotype as well as the locality and treatment level on starch content in wheat grain.

  • Cílem práce bylo zhodocení efektu odrůdy, vybraných dalších charakteristik zahrnujících rok, lokalitu, počasí a stupeň agronomického ošetření na obsah škrobu u ozimé pšenice s rozdílnou pekařskou jakostí. V letech 2005 a 2006 bylo 22 odrůd ozimé pšenice (E, A, B a C pekařské jakosti)registrovaných v České republice pěstováno na 12 lokalitách, které byly charakterizovány Langovým dešťovým faktorem (LRF)za použití dvou úrovní agronomického ošetření. Výsledky potvrdily vysoký vliv genotypu, lokality a také úrovně agronomického ošetření. (cs)
