| - Summary Large crabgrass (Digitaria sanguinalis (L.) Scop.) plants are widespread at railway junctions in the Czech Republic. Their resistance or sensitivity to atrazine was identified by the Hill reaction activity and a chlorophyll fluorescence assay. Changes of maximum quantum efficiency of photosystem 2 (PSII) photochemistry (F/Fm) were detected in the leaves after exposure to atrazine. In dark-adapted leaves of the resistant biotype, far-red illumination induced faster fluorescence decay in the us-ms time domain, indicating an improvement in the electron transport after the primary quinone acceptor at the reducing side of PSII. The ED50 values, calculated as the herbicide concentration required for 50% inhibition of the Hill reaction activity, as well as the resistance factor were determined. ...

- Rosička krvavá (Digitaria sanguinalis (L.) Scop.) je rožšířena na železničních uzlech v České republice. Její rezistence nebo citlivost vůči atrazinu byla stanovena pomocí Hillovy reakce a fluorescence chlorofylu. Změny maximální kvantové účinnosti fotosystému 2 (PSII) (Fv/Fm) byly měřeny v listech po jejich expozici s atrazinem. V listech rezistentního biotypu adaptovaných na tmu způsobovalo dlouhovlné červené záření rychlejší pokles fluorescence v časovém úseku us-ms signalizující zlepšení transportu elektronů od primárního akceptoru quinonu v redukční části PSII. Byly vypočítané hodnoty ED50 jako koncentrace herbicidu potřebná pro 50°% inhibici aktivity Hillovy reakce i faktor resistence. ... (cs)
