| - Krajové a staré evropské odrůdy ozimé pšenice byly hodnoceny v polních pokusech. Vyšší produktivita klasu u moderních odrůd (kontrol) byla podmíněna zejména zvýšeným počtem zrn v klásku a vyšším HI. Zvýšení HTS mělo pouze marginální význam. Ranost a nižší produktivita klasu byly charakteristické pro odrůdy z jižní a východní Evropy, zatímco odrůdy ze severo-západu Evropy vykazovaly opačné charakteristiky. Byly rovněž nalezeny potenciálně cenné donory ranosti a delší doby kvetení-zralost. Významným znakem byl vysoký obsah proteinu, (až 18% u odrůd Bergland, Ukrajinka, Sippbachzeller, Innichen Nr.25001 and Barbu du Finistre). U souboru byly rovněž identifikovány HMW Glu –subjednotky pomocí SDS-PAGE. Relativně zřídka se vyskytovaly alely 2 na 1Aa 3+ 12 na 1D , jakož i alely 8, 6, 9, 7, 13+16 a 17+ 18 na 1B. Allela 20 na 1B byla zjištěna pouze u odrůd z DNK, CHE a EST. Allela 2 na 1A lockusu se vyskytovala zejména u odrůd z východní, jiho-východní a střední Evropy. Samotné charakteristiky HME (cs)
- European winter wheat landraces and obsolete were evaluated in field trials. Increased spike productivity in modern cultivars could be attributed mainly to increased number of grains in spikelets and increased HI, whereas TGW has marginal effect. Earliness and lower spike productivity seems to be characteristic for South-East European origin whereas cultivars from North-West Europe showed opposite characters. Potentially valuable donors of earliness and longer grain filling period were identified. As valuable character, high crude protein content (around 18% in cvs. Bergland, Ukrajinka, Sippbachzeller, Innichen Nr.25001 and Barbu du Finistre) can be considered. Simultaneously HMW Glu –subunits were identified by means of SDS-PAGE. Relatively rare were alleles 2 at 1Aand 3+ 12 at 1D as wel as alleles 8, 6, 9, 7, 13+16 and 17+ 18 at 1B.
