| - The aim of this work was the observation of available carbon and nitrogen changes in two soils (Orthic Luvisol, Eutric Cambisol) after humate and oxyhumolite applications. Oxyhumolites are defined as oxidised young lignite materials. Humates were isolated from oxyhumolites by alkaline extraction. Tested materials were diverse in humic substances (HS) and carbon (Cox) amounts. The influence of different oxyhumolite and humate preparates (15 samples) was studied under condition of 7 days aerobic incubation at 28 °C. The effect of tested materials on available C amount was confirmed as well as on available N changes in both soils. The positive influence on available carbon values was found in Cambisol (in all cases) and in Orthic Luvisol (except 3 cases). The rate of immobilisation or nitrification processes depended on soil conditions (pHKCl, CK2SO4, NO3– - NK2SO4 and NH4+- NK2SO4 amounts in the beginning of aerobic incubation). - Cílem této práce bylo sledování změn obsahu dostupného C a N po aplikaci humátů a osyhumolitů ve dvou půdách (hnědozem, hnědá půda). Vliv testovaných materiálů (15) byl studován v podmínkách aerobní inkubace (7 dní, 28 °C). Účinek zkoušených materiálů na množství dostupného C stejně jako N byl potvrzen u obou půd. Pozitivní vliv na hodnoty dostupného C byl zjištěn v hnědozemi (ve všech přípedech) i v hnědé půdě (s vzjímkou 3 případů). Intenzita procesů imobilizace-nitrifikace závisela na půdních vlastnostech na začátku inkubace (pHKCl, CK2SO4, NO3– - NK2SO4 and NH4+- NK2SO4). Přídavek dostupného uhlíku jako energetického zdroje pro mikroorganismy stimuloval imobilizaci dusíku v půdě. Vyšší obsahy amoniakálního dusíku byly zaznamenány v hnědé půdě (ve 12 případech), intenzita nitrifikace byly nízká (pHKCl= 4,72). (cs)
