  • Na stanovišti v Ruzyni byl založen na podzim roku 2004 polní pokus s aplikací humínových látek (oxyhumolit a humát draselný). Do svrchní vrstvy půdy byl zapraven mletý oxyhumolit v dávce 20 t/ha a pevný humát draselný v dávce 2,3 t/ha. Na pokusném pozemku byly pěstovány běžnou agrotechnikou postupně ozimá pšenice, jarní ječmen a ozimá řepka. Polovina pozemku byla ponechána jako černý úhor. V časové řadě je sledován obsah celkového uhlíku (Ct) v půdním profilu ve vrstvách 0-20 cm, 20-30 cm a 30-50 cm. Ct zjišťovaný v jednotlivých vrstvách půdního profilu ukazuje na množství celkového uhlíku a jeho pohyb půdním profilem po aplikaci oxyhumolitu a humátu draselného. Obsah Ct je kontinuálně zjišťován ve vrstvách půdního profilu od založení pokusu. V roce 2004 byl stanoven obsah Ct před aplikací humínových látek a 2 měsíce po aplikaci, v následujících 3 letech byl obsah Ct zjišťován vždy jednou ročně, v roce 2005 po sklizni plodiny a v roce 2006 a 2007 na jaře.   • The field experiment studying the effects of humic substances (oxyhumolite and potassium humate) in soils has been carried out at the Prague - Ruzyne (degraded Chernozem) since the autumn 2004. The surface layer of soil was treated by the 20 t/ha of ground oxyhumolite and by 2,3 t/ha of potassium humate. The winter wheat, spring barley and winter oil seed rape were grown in the experimental field. The soils were tilled by conventional technology. One half of the field was retained as fallow. The total carbon content (Ct) in the soil profile of 0-20 cm, 20-30 cm and 30-50 cm was determined regularly. Total carbon determined in individual layers of the soil profile showed the Ct concentrations and the Ct movement through the soil profile after oxyhumolite and potassium humate application.
