Description	Polní pokus s odlišnou zásobou vody v době od metání do zralosti ozimé pšenice Nela byl založen na stanovišti v Praze - Ruzyni v roce 2004 a 2005, a to pomocí zakrývání porostu pojízdným krytem na jedné straně a kapénkovou závlahou na straně druhé. Polní experiment ukázal, že vodní stres po metání pšenice snižoval využití minerálního dusíku z půdy, zvláště v roce 2004. Obsahy minerálního dusíku v půdě odpovídaly obsahu dusíku v rostlinách pšenice. Závlaha výrazně neovlivnila využití minerálního dusíku ve srovnání s kontrolou. (cs) Field experiment with differentiated water supply from heading to maturity of winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L., cv. Nela) was performed on loamy clay soil in Ruzyně at Praha in years 2004 and 2005. The field experiment showed that water stress imposed from heading-anthesis reduced utilization of soil mineral supply especially in 2004. The results were confirmed by the comparison with N uptake in wheat plants. Irrigition did not significantly affected apparent Nmin utilization in comparison with rain-fed control.
