  • Příjem dusíku z ornice a podorničních vrstev půdy v průběhu růstu byl sledován u ozimé pšenice (Triticum aestivum L.). Pokus probíhal v letech 1996-2000 a 2001-2003 v Praze-Ruzyni. Byly sledovány varianty bez hnojení dusíkem (N0) a hnojené 100 kg (N1) a 200 kg N/ha (N2, v letech 2001-03). Příjem N z vrstev půdního profilu byl vypočítán bilančně, jako rozdíl v obsahu Nmin mezi odběrovými termíny. Příjem N z vrstvy 50-120 cm se pohyboval mezi 21-62 kg N/ha u varianty N0 a 15-60 kg N/ha u N1 v letech 1996-2000. V letech 2001-2003 odpovídající hodnoty (50-130 cm) činily 24-104 kg (N0), 43-130 kg (N1) a 29-94 kg N/ha (N2). Odběr z vrstvy 120(130)-150 cm byl v polovině let nulový a pouze ve dvou letech dosáhl 12 and 11 kg/ha (N0). Vysoká koncentrace Nmin v půdě u N2 způsobila zpoždění a snížení odběru dusíku z podorničí ve srovnání s variantou N0 i N1. Mezi obsahem Nmin v podorničí na jaře a množstvím N odčerpaným v průběhu růstu porostem z podorničí byla u všech variant těsná korelace (R2 o (cs)
  • The apparent uptake of mineral nitrogen (Nmin) from top- and subsoil layers during the growth of winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) was studied in Praha-Ruzyně on clay loam Chernozemic soil in years 1996-2003. Two (N0, N1) and three treatments, unfertilized (N0), fertilized with 100 kg (N1) and 200 kg nitrogen per hectare (N2) were observed in years 1996-2000 and 2001-2003, respectively. The apparent uptake of nitrogen from soil layers was calculated from the changes of Nmin content between sampling terms. A most of available mineral N in the soil down to 90 cm was almost fully depleted between tillering and anthesis in treatment N0. The uptake from subsoil layers was delayed and it continued during the period of grain filling in fertilized treatments. Nitrogen fertilization reduced utilization of N from subsoil.
