  • Metody identifikace odrůd založené na morfologických znacích rostlin nejsou příliš objektivní vzhledem k jejich závislosti na podmínkách prostředí.Proto se pro identifikaci odrůd používají stabilní znaky hlíz, z nich pak rozpustné hlízové proteiny, enzymy nebo jejich kombinace jsou využívány jako genetické markery.PAGE v alkalickém prostředí byla použita pro separaci hlízových proteinů některých registrovaných odrůd brambor. Podle sestrojeného dendrogramu podobnosti bylo možno vzájemně rozlišit všech 25 testovaných odrůd. (cs)
  • The methods of variety identification based on morphological traits of plants and tubers are not very objective for their dependence on environmental conditions. This is the reason why stable traits of tubers are considered as the most suitable for the identification of a variety; among them soluble proteins, enzymes or their combinations were successfully used as genetic markers. PAGE in alcaline medium was used for the separation of tuber protein of registered varieties. According to dendrogram of similarity all 25 tested varieties were distinguishable.
