Description	Mikrobiální aktivita a změny v jejím složení byly porovnávány v konvenčním a v půdoochranném způsobu zpracování půdy v 10 letých pokusech. Byl zjištěn vliv rozdílného zpracování na půdní mikrobiální uhlík, celkové množství bakterií, výskyt azotobakteru, na aktivity dehydrogenázy, ureázy a invertázy a na obsah oxidovatelného organického uhlíku v půdě. (cs) Microbial activity and composition changes comparing to conventional soil tillage were studied in ten-year field experiments. There was investigated the impact of soil tillage ways on soil microbial biomass carbon, total number of bacteria, azotobacter occurrence, dehydrogenase, urease and invertase activity and oxidizable organic carbon content.
