  • Dlouhodobé organické a minerální hnojení zvýšilo bazální respirační aktivitu, oproti tomu samotné minerální hnojení vedlo ve většině případů ke snížení bazální respirační aktivity. Potenciální respirační aktivita se zvýšila u všech hnojených variant oproti nehnojeným. Bazální respirační aktivita byla ve větší míře ovlivněna střídáním plodin, produkce CO2 dosahuje na všech zkoumaných variantách honu B (cukrovka-j. pšenice) přibližně dvojnásobku oproti honu IV s klasickým devítihonným osevním postupem. Tato skutečnost se neprojevila u potenciální respirační aktivity, která byla ve větší míře ovlivněna dlouhodobým hnojením. (cs)
  • Reactive, basal and potential respiration activity was measured in soil samples of the long-term field experiments in Praha-Ruzyně over the time period 1994 to 2003. The results have shown that the organic fertilization increased basal respiration activity, while mineral fertilization rather decreased it. Potential respiration activity, on the other hand was enhanced by both organic and mineral fertilization. Basal respiration activity of the soil samples was also affected by the crop rotation. Its values were almost twice as high in the soil samples from the field with simplified crop rotation as that of the field with nine years crop rotation. Potential respiration activity was much less affected by the crop rotation.
