Description	The differences among wheat cultivars in water utilisation during germination exists. Application of 24-epibrassinolide partly counteract cultivar differences in this traits and improve the effect of water utilisation during seed germination, i.e., the rapidity of water uptake, decreases rapidity of water loss at drought conditions and capability of the plants to growth at minumum possible water content.Stress abiotic factors affect basic metabolic pathways, chemical composition of seeds, yielding traits, seed traits and traits of sprouting plants. These changes of the seeds are connected with change of vigour of sprouting plants and efficiency of water utilisation The application of 24xepibrassinolide at begin of flowering has substantial positive influence on plants which growth under stress conditions.
