Description
Bazální a potenciální nitrifikační aktivita ukázala podobný trend. (cs)
  • The conventional tillage (CT), reduced tillage (RT) and no-tillage (NT) systems were performed on orthic Luvisol in site Prague from 1995. The effects of different soil tillage practices on some biological and physical characteristics were studied aftersix and seven years from the beginning of the experiment. Bulk density was greater in the top layer under RT and NT compared to CT. Bulk densities in deeper layers increased under more regularly under CT. RT and NT did not show significant differences between 0.1-0.2 m and 0.2-0.3 m layers. The soil porosity decreased in function of greater bulk densities in deeper soil layers. Soil organic carbon, microbial biomass and dehydrogenase activity increased in the top layer and decreased in 0.1-0.2 m and 0.2-0.3 m under RT and NT when compared with CT. The N-NO3 content was the greatest in the layer O-O.lm under RT compared to CT and NT, thereafter it decreased in 0.1-0.2 and 0.2-0.3 m layers more under RT and NT respect to CT. The basal and potential nitr
