Description
| - Dědičnost rezistence ke žluté zakrslosti ječmene byla studována u vybraných odrůd jarního a ozimého ječmene, které vykazovaly vysokou nebo střední úroveň rezistence v polních infekčních testech. PCR diagnostický markér byl úspěšně využit pro identifikaci efektivního genu rezistence Yd2. Významná úroveň rezistence k BYDV byla získána kombinováním rezistence podmíněné genem Yd2 s mírnou rezistencí odrůd Malvaz, Atribut a Madras založenou minor geny. Úroveň rezistence k BYDV u ozimého ječmene může být zvýšena využitím genů nealelických s genem Yd2, jejichž nositeli jsou mírně rezistentní odrůdy Perry a Sigra. (cs)
- The inheritance of resistance to barley yellow dwarf virus (BYDV) was studied in the selected spring and winter barley varieties that showed a high or intermediate resistance level in field infection tests. The PCR diagnostic marker Ylp was succesfully used for identification of the effective resistance gene Yd2. Significant levels of resistance to BYDV were obtained by combining the resistance gene Yd2 with minor genes conferring moderate resistance in spring barley varieties Malvaz, Atribut and Madras. The level of resistance to BYDV in winter barley could be increased with the use of genes that are not allelic with Yd2 detected in winter barley varieties Perry and Sigra with moderate resistance.
