Description	V retrospektivní analýze 106 nemocných s primárním MDS typu RA dle FAB klasifikace byl studován efekt transplantace krvetvorných buněk v porovnání s podpůrnou léčbou na délku přežití a incidenci transformace do akutní leukemie. Jednoznačný přínos měla transplantace pouze u nemocných refrakterní cytopenií dle WHO kriterií v kombinaci s nepříznivými změnami karyotypu dle IPSS. Tito nemocní by měli být indikováni k transplantaci časně po stanovení diagnózy.
