Description	The paper is devoted to the results of the investigation of the decorative technique of tin-relief (Pressbrokat) dokumented on the panel paintings of the Rakovník, Rokycany and Litoměřice Altarpieces. We looked at the quality of the technique’s execution and the chemical composition of the substance (optical microscopy, microchemical analysis,SEM/EDS, FT-IR). Some of the designs of the Rokycany Altarpiece’s relief decoration have survived in poorly discernible fragments, but the missing parts could be reconstructed. The research has proved without a doubt that the same mould was used to decorate the tin relief brocade (Rakovnik and Rokycany Altarpices) and consequently, has confirmed the link between the workshops.
