Description	Studie sledovala důsledky přítomnosti systolické hypertenze (SH) a zvýšeného systolického krevního tlaku (SBP) na arterio-ventrikulární spřažení (EaI/ElvI) v klidu a při zátěži u 282 dobrovolníků. Hlavním nálezem je, že SH a vyšší SBP je spojena se sníženým poměrem spřažení u žen, ale ne u mužů a ženy s SH mají sníženou rezervu spřažení při zátěži. (cs) The study examined the effects of systolic hypertension (SH) and resting systolic BP (SBP) on arterial-ventricular coupling (E(a)I/E(LV)I) at rest and at peak exercise in 282 volunteers. The main finding was that SH and a higher resting SBP are associated with a lower coupling ratio at rest in women but not in men, and SH women have an attenuated coupling reserve.
