Description	Data from 310 patients undergoing HTx in our center between 1988?1998 with a post-operation survival period for minimum 5 years (n=155) were analyzed retrospectively.Results: We noted that patients with serum creatinine >=150 μmol/l at 5 years post-HTx had renal function significantly worse as early as 1 month ( pb0.01), and 1 year post-HTx ( pb0.001). (en) Retrospektivně jsme zhodnotili data 310 pacientů, kteří podstoupili TxS v letech 1988-1998. Pacienti s hodnotou sérového kreatininu >=150 μmol/l v 5.roce po TxS měli výrazně horší hodnoty renálních funkcí již v 1.měsíci po TxS (pmenší než 0,01) a v 1.roce po TxS (pmenší než 0,001). Riziko rozvoje renální dysfunkce bylo 2 násobné u pacientů s anamnézou ICHS a 2,5 násobně vyšší u pacientů s menším přírůstkem hmostnosti (cs)
