Description	The aim of this study was to describe the differences in microbial community structure in variously polluted surface waters in all annual seasons. Microbial community structure was determined by fluorescence in situ hybridization method with nucleic acid probes specific for Bacteria, Archaea, Alphaproteobacteria, Betaproteobacteria, Gammaproteobacteria and Cytophaga-Flavobacterium. The aim of this study was to describe the differences in microbial community structure in variously polluted surface waters in all annual seasons.
