| - Obsah vody (MC), životnost (V), klíčivost (G), zdravotní stav (PV),průměrná doba klíčení (MGT) a semena napadená houbami byla hodnocena u bukvis sbíraných v letech 2001 a 2003 z hrabanky a ze sítí rozmístěných po zemi. V bukvic sbíraných v hrabance a v sítích v roce 2001 byla stejná, ačkoliv bukvice sklízené v roce 2003 měla životnost o 10 % větší u semen sbíraných v hrabance. Bukvice z úrody 2001, sbírané ze sítí klíčila lépe než semena z hrabanky, zatímco úroda z roku 2003 vykazovala lepší G u bukvic sbíraných v hrabance. Nižší PV a větší MGT byla zjištěna v obou letech u bukvic sbíraných ze sítí. Množství a druhové složení hub vyskytujících se u bukvic byla podobná bez ohledu na rok sběru i metodu sběru. Bukvice ze sítí vykazovali nižší zastoupení hub než semena která byla sbírána ihned po setřesení ze stromu z hrabanky.

- Moisture content (MC), viability (V), germination (G), peak value (PV) and mean germination time (MGT) and the occurrence of seed borne fungi were evaluated for beechnuts collected in 2001 and 2003 from both the forest floor and from nets spread on the floor. The V of beechnuts collected from both the forest floor and nets in 2001 was the same; while beechnuts harvested in 2003 had 10% higher V when collected from the forest floor. For the 2001 crop, beechnuts from nets germinated better than from the forest floor, while in the 2003 crop the higher G occurred for beechnuts from the forest floor. Lower PV and a greater MGT occurred for beechnuts from nets for both harvests. Similar numbers of fungi and species composition occurred for beechnuts regardless of collection year or method. Beechnuts from nets yielded lower numbers of fungi as did seeds that were collected immediately after being shaken from trees and then collected from the forest floor. (en)
