Description
  • To transfer load from grips of testing machine to the tested panel without stress concentrations is necessary condition to avoid the crack emergence in irregular connection region of the panel. Parametric 3D CAD/CAM design systems are used for geometry description and models based on finite element method (FEM) are used for strength analysis. The combination of both methods provides us optimisation of solution in design stage. The electronic laser interferometry (ESPI) by means DANTEC Q-100 system was used for verification of calculated stress profiles by measure the deformation and contour of the measuring field with sub-micrometer accuracy.

  • Přenos zatížení z upínacích hlav zatěžovacího stroje do zkoušeného panelu bez koncentrací napětí je nutnou podmínkou pro zamezení vzniku trhlin v neregulární připojovací oblasti panelu. Parametrické návrhové systémy 3D CAD/CAM jsou využívány pro geometrický návrh a pro pevnostní analýzy jsou používány matematické modely založené na metodě konečných prvků (MKP). Kombinace výše uvedených metod umožňuje optimalizaci již v počáteční fázi návrhu nového výrobku. Pro ověření vypočítaných profilů napětí byl použit systém elektronické laserové interferometrie (ESPI) DANTEC Q-100, který vyhodnocuje deformace a tvary měřené oblasti s přesností menší než jeden mikrometr.
