http://linked.open...ySoutezeVyhlasena	Financial support will be given as a grant from SÚJB special financial fond which is preserved for research and technical development purposes. The way of use of this grant will be introduce in the agreement between the donor and the recipient. The SÚJB financial support for solving of the project draft is not a subject of the juridical pretension. The recipient proves its own capability and competence for solving of the project draft in the frame of paragraph No. 18 of the Act No. 130/2002 Coll., on the support of research and technical development. The capability of the recipient will be reviewed by the donor (according to chapter No. 2, letter a) of this paragraph) on the base of list of all co-workers who will be participate in the process of solving of the project. If the recipient does not fill all the mentioned conditions it is the reason for excluding of its draft from the public competition. (en) Finanční prostředky budou poskytovány formou dotace ze samostatného účelového limitu SÚJB vyčleněného na výzkum a vývoj. Způsob čerpání těchto prostředků bude zakotven v příslušné smlouvě mezi poskytovatelem a příjemcem. Na přidělení finančních prostředků na řešení projektu není právní nárok.Uchazeč v návrhu na řešení projektu prokazuje svoji způsobilost podle § 18 zákona č.130/2002 Sb., o podpoře výzkumu a vývoje. Způsobilost uchazeče podle odst. 2, písm. a) tohoto paragrafu bude poskytovatelem posuzována na základě jmenného seznamu pracovníků uchazeče podílejících se na řešení projektu s uvedením jejich nejvyššího dosaženého vzdělání, praxe v oboru a popisu technického vybavení uchazeče, potřebného k řešení projektu. Důvodem k vyloučení návrhu na řešení projektu je nesplnění podmínek této jednostupňové veřejné soutěže. (cs)
