Description	This project is in line with the demand document and has two main objectives. The first objective is to identify, describe and explain the determinants of negative effects of structural funds’ interventions (especially external rents and market deformations) with focus on the European Social Fund, ESF. The second objective is to, also on the basis of the analysis within the first objective, propose recommendations that would minimise these negative effects. These objective will be attained using the methodology and achieving the results and outputs specified in the offer. (en) Řešení projektu je ve shodě s výzvou a má dva základní cíle. Prvním cílem je identifkovat, popsat a vysvětlit příčiny negativních efektů intervencí ze strukturálních fondů (především externí renty a tržní deformace) s důrazem na Evropský Sociální fond, ESF. Druhým cílem je i na základě analýzy v rámci prvního cíle navrhnout opatření, která by minimalizovala tyto negativní efekty. Těchto cílů bude dosaženo pomocí metodologie a za dosažení výsledků a výstupů specifikovaných v nabídce.
