Description	The project is aimed for the interdisciplinary research and development of special functional textiles and underwear with extraordinary physiological comfort designed for human health support and protection. Such products are expected to be used within selected groups of patients as a supporting aid of successive medical care which should reduce negative symptoms of some diseases. New types of comfort flame retardant underwear for workers in hazardous working environment will be developed. Such underwear will be applied as a secondary protection against heat and flame impacts. The project will be focused on applied research of new types of special textiles based on new generation cellulose and synthetic fibers. In this connection first of all fibres with natural, organic and inorganic additives uniformly incorporated in fibre structure are concerned. Application of such textiles will result in new innovative and competitive products with high value added and with high market potential as well. (en) Cílem projektu je výzkum a vývoj speciálního fyziologicky komfortního spodního ošacení na bázi chemických vláken nové generace. Jeho realizace přispěje ke zkvalitnění života pacientů a ochraně člověka v rizikových profesích. Pro tento účel se bude v rámci řešení realizovat experimentální výzkum nových typů přízí, textilně aplikační výzkum speciálních pletenin se specifickými vlastnostmi a konfekčního provedení speciálního ošacení. Nedílnou součástí bude hodnocení sledovaných funkčních a fyziologických vlastností a poznatky z praktického ověřování vybraných sortimentů. Pro realizaci výsledku projektu budu zpracovány technologické podklady k jednotlivým výrobním operacím.
