Description	Draw up the areal field inoculation technology including preparation of inoculums. These will ensure increase in infection pressure of oilseed rape fungal pathogens in field tests of heath state assessment, especially for Leptosphaeria maculans, Leptosphaeria biglobosa and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum. These pathogens cause diseases like blackleg of crucifers and Sclerotinia stem rot. The inoculations intensify predicative ability of field tests of health state assessments. Final positive impact will be the increase of the competitive advantage of national oilseed rape varieties and the increase of the competitive advantage of companies conversant in test with fungicidal plant protection products. (en) Vypracovat technologii plošných polních inokulací včetně přípravy inokulátu, která v polních testech hodnocení zdravotního stavu zajistí zesílení infekčního tlaku houbových patogenů řepky olejky Leptosphaeria maculans, Leptosphaeria biglobosa a Sclerotinia sclerotiorum. Ty jsou původci chorob fomová hniloba brukvovitých a bílá hniloba řepky. To zajistí zvýšenou vypovídací schopnost polních testů hodnocení zdravotního stavu. Konečným pozitivním dopadem potom bude zvýšení konkurence schopnosti domácích odrůd řepky olejky a zvýšení konkurence schopnosti domácích pracovišť zabývajících se zkouškami fungicidních přípravků na ochranu rostlin.
