| - Project is focused to ascertaing both financial and socio-economic effectiveness, purposes and prospects of existence and cultivation of low forest in changing natural and social conditions of the Czech Republic (CR).Project results from requirements on forest and its services considering economic, environmental and social pillars of sustainable forest management. The problem has not been solved for a long time in the CR. There do not exist any information and knowledge about financial and socio-economic effectiveness of low forest, possible area, purposes and prospects based on serious research. Project is based on needs and requirements of the National Forest Program II, and on international documents including Ministerial Conferences on the Protection of Forests in Europe. Project aims correspond to a Program and Subprogram II Rural Development by virtue of sustainable natural resources management.
