Description
  • Project is oriented on the support of international project ERB FAIR CT96-1063 Construction of database of physical properties of foods. The task of Prague team is to utilise the expertise and data of Prague databank of physical properties of foods and to lead the group of mechanical properties experts. The task of the group is to collect the numerical data of properties into the specific formulars and input them after the careful check into the Internet version of database. The part of the tasks is also the measurement of mechanical properties of selected food products where is lack of the reliable data. The testing of newly developed software (internet version of database) is also part of the tasks of the project. (en)
