| Description
| - The aim of our project is to systematically analyze the treatment of handicapped patients with permanent teeth, hard and soft tissues defects from the long-term point of view, namely the: indication of orthodontic and prosthodontic treatment using new trends in this field, esthetic appearance and motivation to therapy, reconstruction of occlusion, prosthetic reconstruction, bone reconstruction, therapy speed, stability of results in 3-5 years´ periods. The project consists of two parts, the first one is theoretically - cognitive and second one is practical. The purpose of the grant is to form the new techniques and routing in rehabilitation of handicapped patients including computer monitoring simulation. At the same time the maximum attention will be devoted t extending the life time of the methods from the point of practical applications. The new universally applicable prosthodontic systems including implants, special attachments, and ceramic or composites would become a standard procedure in the t (en)
- Cílem projektu je vytvoření nových léčebných postupů u hendikepovaných pacientů s defekty v orofaciální oblasti se zaměřením na využití rekonstrukce pomocí biokeramických vrstev, aplikace implantátů, nesponových kotevních prvků jako jsou teleskopické korunky, zásuvné spoje i nestandardních řešení koncepce fixní i snímatelné náhrady. Databáze umožní vytvořit nové standarty v ošetření u hendikepovaných pacientů s orientací na indikaci chirurgické, ortodontické a protetické léčby se zohledněním nových pracovních postupů, zahrnující estetický vzhled pacienta a motivaci k léčbě, úpravu okluze, celkovou protetickou rekonstrukci v 3 D projekci, novotvorbu kosti, rychlost terapie a především stabilitu léčby ve 3-5 letém intervalu po jejím ukončení.
