Description
  • Mini-invasive modification of severe hyperactivity of the urinary bladder detrusor by intravesically applied botulotoxin A appears at present as a very efficient and safe alternative to the existing therapeutic methods. Methodology of the study: For botulotoxin application, patients will be selected who are not responsive to the current conservative way of treatment; they will be divided into groups according to aetiology of their affection. The effectiveness of the drug will be monitored and criteria of its optimal use will be determined. (en)
  • Miniinvazívní ovlivnění těžké hyperaktivity detrusoru močového měchýře intravezikálně aplikovaným botulotoxinem A se v současné době jeví jako velmi účinná a bezpečná alternativa stávajících terapeutických metod. Metodika provedení studie : k aplikaci botulotoxinu budou vybráni pacienti nereagující na dosavadní konzervativní způsob léčby a rozděleni do skupin podle původu postižení. Bude sledována účinnost léku a stanovena kriteria jeho optimálního použití.
