Description	I. Genotypic analysis of pneumococcal strains by molecular typing methods and their integration into the internationally accessible database. II. Study of the distribution of the sortase genes among pneumococcal serotypes and genotypes - analysis of the distribution of genes among strains isolated from various clinical specimens. IV. Prevalence of the sortase genes in pneumococcal strains with reduced penicillin susceptibility, study of the implication of the pilus in the development of resistance to antimicrobials. (en) I. Analýza genotypu kmenů pneumokoků pomocí molekulárních typizačních metod a jejich zařazení do mezinárodně přístupné databáze. II. PCR identifikace determinant faktorů virulence, sortázy B, C a D. III. Studium distribuce genů sortázy jednotlivých sérotypů a genotypů pneumokoků - analýza zastoupení genů u kmenů izolovaných z různých klinických materiálů. IV. Rozšíření genů sortáz u kmenů pneumokoků se sníženou citlivostí k penicilinu, studium vlivu přítomnosti pilu pro rozvoj rezistence k antibiotikům.
