Description	Prospective randomized study evaluating the effect of PVE on the side of LMCRC and intraportal application of HPC (CD 33+ and CD 133+) in opposite lobe of liver for stimulation of liver tissue regeneration - group A. Group B will be created from patients with PVE without application of HPC and group C from patients with stimulation of production of HPC (intravenous administration of Neupogen) without PVE and intraportal application of HPC. In the study there will be included the patients with primarily inoperable LMCRC from the reasons of small FLRV (smaller than 25%). The results will be statistically evaluated. By the significant shortening of the period (a presumption is by a half of original time after PVE) the chance of further progression of a tumour in liver will be reduced and in the same time resecability of originally an inoperable liver tumour will increase. (en) Prospektivní randomizovaná studie s hodnocením efektu PVE na straně nádoru a aplikace HPB (CD 34+,CD 133+) do druhostranné větve portální žíly pro podporu regenerace jaterního parenchymu – skupina A. Kontrolní skupinou (skupina B) nemocných budou nemocní jen s PVE bez aplikace HPB a dále nemocní (skupina C) po stimulaci vyplavení HPB Neupogenem bez PVE a aplikace HPB do portálního oběhu. Do studie budou zařazeni nemocní s primárně inoperabilní JMKRK z důvodů malého (< 25%) FLRV. Výsledky budou statisticky zpracovány a klinickým výstupem bude stanovení efektu použití HPB a PVE pro podporu regenerace jaterního parenchymu u primárně inoperabilních JMKRK. Předpokládáme, že navrhovaným postupem dosáhneme dalšího posunu v resekabilitě a tedy radikalitě léčby JMKRK.
