Description	Immunohistochemistry is a new method for detection of the loss of expression of MLH1, MSH2 and APC genes. The aim of the study is to determine the frequency of mutations in the genes mentioned above in soradic colorectal adenomas using this technique. (en) Imunohistochemické vyšetření je relativně novou technikou detekce mutací genů MLH1, MSH2 a APC. Cílem studie je stanovit pomocí této metody výskyt mutací uvedených genů ve sporadických adenomech tlustého střeva.
