Description	We would like to clarify the distribution and number of the ovarial receptors for FSH, LH and steroid hormones in various detected follicular evolutional stages during normal pubertal development. The results of our study could support our theory that the ovarial hypersensitivity to the prepubertal gonadotropine levels is the cause of the gonadotropin-indipendent premature puberty caused by the increased gonadotropin receptror´s expression. The evaluation of the gonatropin and steroid receptor´s expression could clarify the causes of the ovarial cysts formation in prepubertal girls with normal hormonal profile. (en) Objasněním distribuce a četnosti ovariálních pro FSH, LH a steroidní hormony u nejrůznějších vývojových stupňů folikulogeneze v průběhu normální puberty bychom chtěli přispět k poznání fyziologického rozvoje funkce lidského ovaria během puberty. Možnou etiologií vzniku gonadotropin- independentní formy předčasné puberty by mohla být zvýšená senzitivita ovaria na prepubertální hladiny gonadotropinů, daná dle naší pracovní hypotézy zvýšením exprese gonadotropních a stereoidních receptorů. Výzkume exprese gonadotropinových a steroidních receptorů bychom chtěli ověřit možnou etiologii ve změně jejich distribuce u ovariálních cyst při prepubertálních hodnotách gonadotropinů v krvi.
