Description	Verification of the role of GABA-receptor activators in maintenance of pregnancy, elicitation of parturition and postpartum complications will contribude to their potential therapeutical application. We intend to investigate the profile of the substances during pregnancy, in association with preparation of the fetus on the environmental change and with the support of immune systems of mother and fetus. For resolving of the grant project, we will use several modern analytical methods including development of new procedures. (en) Ověření role aktivátor GABA-receptorů u lidí při udržení těhotenství, vyvolání porodu a při poporodních komplikacích přispějí k výzkumu možností terapeutického využití neuroaktivních steroidů. Naším cílem je vyšetřit vývoj hladin mitochondriálních termogenních enzymů a imunomoduláčních steroidů během těhotenství, v souvislosti s přípravou plodu na změnu prostředí a s podporou imuitních systémů organismu matky a plodu. V souvislosti s řešením grantového projektu budeme vyvíjet i řadu nových analytických metodik.
