Description	We will concentrate on the study of the genetic predisposition (HLA, Fas/FasL) associated in autoimmune polyglandular syndrome, in polyglandular activation of autoimmunity and in autoimmune thyroiditis without any signs of other organ impairment. An important question is whether or not the three groups that can be characterized by laboratory, and clinical parameters can also be differentiated by their genetic predispositions. It has to be elucidated whether or not the clinical manifestation of the diseases primarily depends on environmental factors and the level of regulatory mechanisms (e.g. Th1/Th2). Genetic study in selected families will provide us the information about the penetration of specific inherited markers characterizing the disease in the family . (en) Soustředíme se na studium genetické predispozice ( molekuly HLA, Fas/FasL ) u autoimunitního polyglandulárního syndromu, polyglandulární aktivace autoimunity a autoimunitní tyreoiditidy bez laboratorních známek postižení dalších orgánů. Otázkou je, zda skupiny odlišené klinickými a laboratorními parametry, jsou odlišné na genetické úrovni a zda za odlišnými klinickými průběhy stojí různý poměr Th1 a Th2 lymfocytů. Genetická studie u vybraných rodin nám podá informaci o penetraci specifických dědičných znaků charakterizujících onemocnění v rodině probanda.
