Description	Evaluation of efficacy of short term LDL-apheresis in patients with hyperlipidaemia and ischaemic heart disease with accelerated angina pectoris in pre-treatment period that is not manageable by revascularisation procedures and also in patients within a We expect a significant improvement of the clinical state in treated subjects in comparison with the control group. Based upon the obtained results indication criteria for the short term LDL apheresis in patients with ischaemic heart disease in the CzechDuring the study also other examinations, contributing to better understanding of mechanisms underlying the effects of the treatment, will be performed. (en) Ověření účinnosti krátkodobé léčby LDL-aferézou u pacientů s hyperlipidémií a revaskularizací neřešitelnou ICHS s akcelerací anginy pectoris v době před léčbou a dále u pacientů v období provedení plánované PTCA. Očekáváme významné zlepšení klin. stavu. Na základě výsledků budou stanoveny indikace pro provádění krátkodobé léčby LDL aferézou u pacientů s ICHS v České rapublice. Během studie budou také prováděna další vyšetření, která přispějí k přesnějšímu pochopení účinku léčby.
