  • V rámci projektu byly připraveny vrstvy LiNbO3 a TiO2. Dále byly provedeny analýzy vlstností nutných pro aplikační využití. Získané informace byly prezentovány na mezinárodních konferencích a publikovány v impaktovaných časopisech. (cs)
