Description
| - Investigation of interactions of the Zn(II)-cyclen complex with aminoacids/dipeptides and/or phosphonic/phosphinic acids in aqueous solution (potentiometry, NMR and UV-Vis). Conditions for a formation of ternary coordination compounds will be suggested. Complexes formed will be characterized by IR spectroscopy, thermal and elemental analysis and, if possible, by X-ray diffraction. Conditions for separation of aminoacids will be suggested and tested and results will be compared with the currently used techniques. (en)
- Sledovat interakce zinečnatého komplexu cyklenu s aminokyselinami/dipeptidy a/nebo fosfonovými/fosfinovými kyselinami ve vodném roztoku (potenciometrie, NMR a UV-Vis). Navrhnout podmínky pro tvorbu ternárních koordinačních sloučenin. Charakterizovat vzniklé komplexy pomocí IR spektroskopie, termickou a elementární analýzou a popř. RTG difrakce. Navrhnout a otestovat podmínky separace aminokyselin, popř. dipeptidů, a výsledky porovnat s dosud používanými technikami separace.
