Description
  • The aim of the project is deposition of carbon nanostructured materials, especially carbon nanotubes and nanocrystalline diamond films. These materials will be prepared by two methods belonging to chemical vapor deposition (CVD), i.e. hot filament CVD and plasma enhanced CVD (PECVD). (en)
  • Cílem projektu je depozice uhlíkových nanostrukturních materiálů, zejména uhlíkových nanotrubek a nanokrystalických diamantových vrstev. Tyto materiály budou připravovány pomocí několika metod spadajících do oblasti chemické depozice z plynné fáze (CVD): termální CVD, CVD se žhaveným vláknem (hot filament CVD) a plazmové CVD (PECVD).

  • Ultrananocrystalline diamond films were prepared by PECVD. Oriented muliwalled carbon nanotubes were sythesized by PECVD and HFCVD on Si, fused silica and sapphire substrates. Nanotubes were used to prepare sensor structures. (en)
  • Metodou PECVD byly deponovány vrstvy ultrananokrystalického diamantu. Metodami PECVD, HFCVD byly syntetizovány orientované mslistěnné uhlíkové nanotrubky na substrátech: Si, ravený křemen a safír. Byly připraveny senzorické struktury na bázi nanotrubek. (cs)
