Description
  • In the supernumerary spikelets (SS) is more than one fertile spikelet per one spike rachis node. The SS is devided vertical sessile spikelets (VS), horizonal sessile spikelets (HS), floribunda (F), and genuine branching (GB) where the spikelets arises from the secondary rachis of the wheat spike. Attention will be given to a new morphotype from group F that is esignated multirow spike (MRS), with a few spikelets that grow up from individual nodes of spike rachis close to each other and above each other. The three pistils TP) in a floret is a new mutation where three kernels per floret are supposed to be produced. The MRS and TP are useful tools for finding gene function, for establishing genetic pathways and are perspective for breeding. A detailed study of the gene expression of the MRS (recessive gene on 2DS) and the TP (dominant gene on 2DL) will be provided. (en)
  • Zjistit výnosovou reakci odlišných morfotypů klasu na odstupňované dávky živin v agrotechnických pokusech. Ověřit výzkumnou hypotézu o limitaci úložné kapacity klasu pšenice. Zpracovat genetickou studii pro %22mnohořadý klas%22 a pro %22tři pestíky%22 v kvítku.

  • The differences in sink/source relation among lines of winter wheat long glumes, multirow spike (MRS), and normal spike (NS) were evaluated in different nutrition. LG and NS reacted most sensitively and MRS less sensitively to overproduction of assimilates by increasing the spike sink capacity. Gene for MRS is located on 2DS and is homoeoallellic to other genes for the supernumerary spikelets. (en)
  • Bylo provedeno hodnocení rozdílů ve vztahu sink/source u linií ozimé pšenice s dlouhými plevami (LG), mnohořadým klasem (MRS) a normálním klasem (NS) při různých úrovních výživy. LG a NS reagovaly nejcitlivěji na nadbytek zdrojů asimilátů zvýšením úložné kapacity klasu. MRS reagovaly méně citlivě. Gen pro mnohořadý klas se nachází na 2DS a je homeoalelický s jinými geny pro nadpočetné klásky. (cs)
