  • The goal of the project is to understand mechanisms involved in reprogramming gene expression during oocyte-to-zygote transition. It will bring new insights into dediferentiation and establishment of pluripotency, which are very important areas of interest in cancer and stem cell research. (en)

Schultze z University of Pennsylvania splnil cíl, kterým bylo pochopit roli vybraných post-transkripčních mechanismů v přeprogramování genové exprese během vzniku myšího embrya. Byla učiněna řada významných objevů publikovaných v odborném zahraničním tisku. (cs)

Schultz University of Pennsylvania has achieved its goal: to understand the role of selected post-transcriptional mechanism in genome reprogramming during the oocyte-to-zygote transition.
