Description	The project supposes to analyze in a parallel comparison public finance in the Czech Republic and in the Republic Slovenia, with a stress taken to a process of decentralization. Coming from a brief historical background, a current picture of budgetary, institutional and legal structures would be drawn through an immediate historical description of core socialolitical and economic changes in the recent decade. All the systém of public finance will be viewed from the following points: budgets, institutions and legislation. Anther level of the view takes stress on policy goals and achievements including perspectives within an all-European streaming to a politic and economic integration.
