Description
| - The aim of the project is to elucidate molecular basis of key mechanisms regulating immune reactions under normal and pathological conditions, by means of basic research of lymphocyte antigen-specific receptors, receptors of certaincytokines and hormones and Fc-receptors. This research will be based on the hypothesis on a key role of supramolecular (domain) organization of plasma cell membrane and immunoreceptor interactions with cytoskeleton. With respectto essential physiological importance of these processes we expect that the results of our basic research will become a solid basis for development of reagents and procedures suitable for practical use in diagnostics and therapy of seriousimmunopathological disorders (allergies and other hypersensitivities, autoimmune and lymphoproliferative diseases). (en)
