| Description
| - The aim of the project is to contribute to the development of a scientifically sound procedures for the representative sampling, preparation, processing of the samples and analysis of the selected wood samples, particularly Norway spruce, as well as selected cereals or pseudocereals, such as buckwheat, on the content of lignans and their distribution. Further to optimize preparation procedures, the extraction and analysis with the emphasis on the relatively common lignans, such as matairesinol, hydroxymatairesinol, secoisolariciresinol and lariciresinol. Besides these lignans try to identify by using modern instrumental methods other minority lignans, including enterolignans. Besides the description of the occurrence and distribution of the selected lignans and enterolignans in the biomass of the trees and cereals or pseudocereals, try to identify these substances in the ecosystem of the river Vltava. - Cílem projektu je přispět k vytvoření vědecky podloženého postupu pro reprezentativní odběr, přípravu, zpracování vzorků a vlastní analýzu vzorků biomasy vybraných dřevin, zejména smrku ztepilého, dále vybraných cereálií a pseudocereálií, např. pohanky na obsah lignanů a jejich distribuci. Optimalizovat postupy přípravy vzorků, jejich extrakce a analýzy s důrazem na relativně běžné lignany, jako např. matairesinol, hydroxymatairesinol, secoisolariciresinol a lariciresinol. Vedle těchto lignanů pokusit se identifikovat moderními instrumentálními metodami další minoritní ligany, včetně enterolignanů. Vedle popisu výskytu a distribuce vybraných lignanů a enterolignanů v biomase dřevin a cereálií či pseudocereálií, pokusit se identifikovat tyto látky v ekosystému řeky Vltavy.
