Description
| - Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectroscopy is mainly used for structure determination of chemical compounds and dynamics of their reactions. Effectiveness of structural analysis is greatly enhanced by utilization of powerful data stations inter- connected through a network and employing dedicated NMR software. The aims of the project are: a) to form of an integrated data network allowing to share newly developed pulse sequences, measuring parameters and programs, b) to create conditions for a wide involvement of students into the NMR data processing, c) to establish databases of experimental data for structural determinations and didactic purposes, d) to share programs for molecular modeling with interactions between the experiment and the structural models, e) to allow optimized exploitation of NMR spectrometers in the participating laboratories, f) to allow remote control and optimization of the measurements, g) conception of nationwide network of NMR spectrometers. - Nukleární magnetická resonanční spektroskopie (NMR) je v oblasti chemie využívána především k určování struktury a dynamiky chemických látek. Strukturní analýzu výrazně zefektivní využití výkonných do síě propojených datastanic se speciálním NMR softwarem. Hlavními cíly projektu jsou : a) vytvoření integrované datové sítě umožňující sdílení nově vyvíjených pulsních sekvencí, měřících parametrů a uživatelských programů, b) vytvoření podmínek pro široké zapojení studentů do procesu zpracování NMR dat využitím %22remote%22 přístupu ke spektrometrům, c) vytvoření databází experimentálních dat vhodných pro strukturní identifikaci a výukové účely, d) sdílení programů pro molekulové modelování s možností interakce mezi experimentálním spektrem a strukturním modelem v %22remote login%22 režimu, e) optimalizace využití NMR spektrometrů všech zúčastněných pracovišť, f) dálkové řízení experimentů a optimalizace měření, g) nastartování procesu vytváření celonárodní sítě NMR spektrometrů.
