Description	The analysis of studies results will be used as one of grounds for pragmatic and procedural decisions of governmental institutions. The harmonisation of methodsused for disposal of disrimination and methods of integrity of motivated public into activ e politics of equal opportunities together with needs of public is a long process. This process touches the surviving stereotypes of both genders and specifics of the Czech nation in present process of European integration. The incomprehension of necessary systematic changes in that area could seriously damage not only our process of EU accession but mainly the process of equalisation for men´s and woman´s opportunities and social solidarity in Czech society. (en) Analýza výsledků výzkumu bude sloužit jako jeden z podkladů pro věcná i procedurální rozhodnutí řídících orgánů. Sladění metod k odstraňování diskriminace a způsobů zapojení zainteresované veřejnosti do aktivní politiky rovných příležitostí s potřebami veřejnosti je dlouhodobý proces narážející na přežívající stereotypy obou pohlaví a specifika českého národa v současném procesu evropské integrace. Nepochopení žádoucích systémových změn v této oblasti může poškodit nejenom náš přičleňovací proces, ale samotný proces vyrovnávání rovných příležitostí mužů a žen a sociální soudržnost české společnosti.
