Description	The subject of the research project is to analyse the position of women on the labour market and in the family in order to create efficient mechanism to alow women and men harmonise their work and family duties more efficiently, it is necessary toidentify the attitudes of women and men family and the opinions of the entire society about the duality of the woman`s role. Only based on a analysis of the opinions of women and men and their individual segments will it be possible to implement socialand political measures to allow women and men to harmonise their family and work duties that will not, at the same time, put them in an enequal position either at work or in family. The project will be conducted as part of continual representative surveyusing a sample of adult Czech population using a wide range of questions with the ofjective of identifying attitudes about the roles of women and men and the position of women on the labour market and in the family. (en) Předmětem výzkumného projektu je analýza postavení žen na trhu práce a v rodině. Pro vytvoření účinných mechanismů a strategií, které by ženám i mužům umožnily sladit pracovní a rodinný život je třeba identifikovat postoje žen a mužů k práci a rodině anázory celé populace na dualitu ženské role ve společnosti. Teprve na základě analýzy postavení a názorů ženské a mužské populace a jejich jednotlivých kategorií je možné vytvořit sociálně-politická opatření, která by ženám i mužům usnadnila sladěnírodinného a pracovního života a zároveň je nestavěla do nerovné pozice v oblasti práce ani rodiny. Projekt bude řešen jako součást kontinuálního reprezentativního šetření na vzorku dospělé české populace pomocí široké škály otázek, zachycujícíchpostoje a názoryna role žen a mužů a hodnocení pozice žen na trhu práce a v rodině. Součástí výzkumu bude i analýza vlivu sociálně-politických opatření na možnost žen rodinu a práci sladit a na postavení žen ve společnosti obecně.
