Description	Project “Cross border contacts and mobility of Prague’s Jewish and Christian merchants in Pre-White Mountain Period (1575-1618)” is a basic research established on primary sources concerning early 17th century business and commercial sources of Prague’s Jewish and Christian merchants. As far as time period is concerned the research will be concentrated on Rudolph II. and Mathias I. governments, i.e. last third of 16th and first twenty years of the 17th century until the beginning of thirty years war. This project by its theme follows the previous research work of the researcher, the theme widen in new direction. Crucial themes which the researcher plans to deal with are: economical factors influencing economical development in Prague within the given period, structure of trade and monetary business, export-import relationships, economical links between Prague Jewish and Christian merchants and their economical relationships toward other layers of population. Further research will be concentrated on the questions concerning long distance cross-boarder trade. Topic will be research especially from the point of view of long distance centre such as was in modern age Krakow, Leipzig, or smaller markets in Wroclaw. Mobility and role of Prague merchants will be examined. (en) Projekt „Přeshraniční obchodní kontakty a mobilita pražských křesťanských a židovských obchodníků v předbělohorském období (1575-1618)“ je výzkumem, postaveným na primárních pramenech k raně novověkým hospodářským a obchodním dějinám pražských křesťanských a židovských obchodníků. Z časového hlediska bude výzkum soustředěn na období vlády Rudolfa II. a Matyáše I., tedy období poslední třetiny 16. století a prvních dvou desetiletí 17. století do počátku třicetileté války. Svým tématem navazuje projekt na předchozí odbornou práci navrhovatelky /disertace „Die Prager Juden in der Zeit vor der Schlacht am Weiβen Berg. Handel und Wirtschaftsgebaren der Prager Juden im Spiegel des Liber albus Judeorum (1577-1601)/. Téma však rozšiřuje zcela novým směrem. Stěžejními tématy, kterým se řešitelka plánuje věnovat, jsou: ekonomické vazby mezi pražskými křesťanskými a židovskými obchodníky, mobilita pražských obchodníků a jejich role v dálkovém obchodě s koncentrací na trhy v Krakově, Vratislavi a Lipsku. Výstupem projektu budou odborné články a publikace.

Besides it, numerous partial studies were published. The important new facts concerning the trade between Prague and Wroclaw as well as between Prague and Krakow were discovered. Byly zjištěny důležité nové skutečnosti o obchodu Prahy s Vratislaví a Krakovem. Hospodaření je bez závad. (cs)
