| Description
| - Enterprise Architecture (EA) provides the necessary framework for the management of the enterprise, its business processes, and its ICT resources. However, most existing architectural approaches are focused on modelling and managing on-premise ICT resources, and do not address situations where infrastructure and enterprise applications are sourced from external providers in the form of Cloud Computing services. The main objective of this project is to develop a comprehensive architectural framework for effective management of ICT services, unifying internal (on-premise) and externally sourced application and infrastructure services. This services-based EA will enable organizations to make informed decisions about various types of outsourcing scenarios and will facilitate the evaluation of the effectiveness of architectural solutions. An additional objective of this project is to develop a methodology for adoption of Cloud Computing to guide organizations moving towards the emerging service-based IT environment and to identify the essential prerequisites for successful adoption of externally provided services. - Podniková architektura (Enterprise Architecture) poskytuje rámec pro řízení podniku, jeho byznys procesů a jeho ICT služeb. Nicméně, většina současných architektonických přístupů se zaměřuje na modelování a řízení interně dodávaných ICT služeb a již nezohledňuje situaci, kdy jsou ICT aplikace a ICT infrastruktura čerpány od externích poskytovatelů ve formě Cloud Computing služeb. Hlavním cílem tohoto projektu je vývoj uceleného architektonického rámce pro efektivní řízení podnikem vyžadovaných ICT služeb, který umožní integraci interně a externě zajišťovaných aplikačních a infrastrukturních služeb. Tato architektura (Enterprise Architecture) založená na bázi služeb umožní organizacím přijímat náležitá rozhodnutí týkající se různých forem outsourcingu a usnadní vyhodnocování účinnosti různých architektonických řešení. Dodatečným cílem tohoto projektu je vývoj metodiky adopce Cloud Computing služeb, který organizacím pomůže zavést efektivní řízení podpory byznysu pomocí externě zajišťovaných ICT služeb.
