Description	Bacteria from Campylobacter genus are known as one of the three most common human alimentary problem. With respect to time-consuming and laborious methods of cultivation and identification of these bacteria, the project is focused on the development of the fast screening ELISA and PCR methods. These methods will be used for direct detection of epidemiologically important Campylobacteria in foodstuffs. Integral part of this project is development of new type nonporous magnetic carriers and their application in developed immunochemical and PCR techniques. Output of this study will be presented by standard operation procedure (SOP) of Campylobacter strains detection by ELISA, PCR and PCR-REA. (en) Bakterie rodu Campylobacter sp. patří mezi nejčastější příčiny alimentárních onemocnění. Vzhledem k časové náročnosti a pracnosti kultivace a identifikace těchto bakterií je předkládaný projekt zaměřen na vývoj rychlých screeningových metod ELISA a PCR pro přímou detekci epidemiologicky významných kampylobakterií v potravinách. Součásti projektuje i příprava nových neporézních magnetických nosičů a jejich aplikace ve vyvíjených metodách detekce. Výstupem projektu bude standardní operační postup (SOP) pro detekci bakterii rodu Campylobacter metodami ELISA PCR a PCR-REA v potravinářských výrobcích.
